If you’re like me, perhaps you’ve been curious about the idea of non-monogamy when it comes to sex and relationships.
There’s so much to consider when it comes to love, sex, desire and the realm of relationships and intimacy. Is there any “right” way to be in a relationship? Is there any “right” way to be sexual with someone?
I consider myself a very open person and I’ve been intrigued by the concept of personally redefining sex and relationships for a long time now.
In a world where affairs are splattered across every single tabloid and relationships are defined by the length of time we’re in them as opposed to the growth, love, intimacy and connection shared, it’s no wonder that more people are starting to question the “traditional norm” for sex and relationships.
My latest guest on the Sensually Embodied Woman Podcast is Caitlin Neal. I knew I had to have a juicy conversation with her about non-monogamy after she blew my mind during a personal conversation we had. After we talked the first time I was seriously questioning and uprooting everything I was ingrained to believe was true about sex and relationships.
I’m excited to share this conversation with you so you can learn how to redefine sex and relationships for yourself, in whatever way it works for you personally.
During this episode, we discuss:
- Caitlin shares her personal definition of polyamory & how she navigates this in her relationship
- What initiated her into non-monogamy & the power of knowing your boundaries & expectations
- One of the greatest possible gifts of being in a polyamorous relationship
- How to navigate jealousy when engaging in a polyamorous relationship
