Have you been curious about the magical jade egg? This is one of my favorite sacred tools in my sensual and sexual toolbox. I tell almost every woman I talk to about it and they’re always intrigued.
Here’s what shifted for me personally upon beginning a jade egg practice:
Strengthened pelvic floor. This was very important for me as I have a bladder disorder called interstitial cystitis, which feels almost non-existent after using the jade egg for a year.
Stronger, fuller, deeper, longer, juicier orgasms. Mmm. Yes. This was also important for me! Clitorial. G spot. A spot. Cervical. Energetic orgasms. Breath orgasms. Chakra orgasms. All possible for EVERY WOMAN and amplified by regular jade egg use. Delicious!
Increased arousal, lubrication, and a crazy high libido and sexual energy connection (aka Shakti). This is one of the best side effects of using a jade egg. Awakening, tapping into, and fully embodying your Shakti–your sacred, sexual power as a woman and feeling your body come alive more often with pleasure. In fact, all day! I wake up almost every morning, feeling full of sexual vitality, sensual pleasure, and ready to make love to myself, my lover, and my whole day!
How beautiful is that?
(And no, my body and life weren’t like this before getting into embodiment and sensuality practices, healing sexually, and using a jade egg.)
Womb-Heart-Yoni Connection. This is one of my favorite parts about using my jade egg. It’s more than just about strengthening the pelvic floor and increasing my libido…it’s also about honoring, worshiping, and FULLY loving my body and sensuality.
Especially in the feminine regions that tend to harbor shame, guilt, trauma, and pain. I connect each morning to my womb, heart, and yoni and it feels even more connected when I’m using my jade egg and stirring up my sexual, creative energy in my womb, cracking my heart open like a delicious orgasm of love, and hearing the voice of my yoni.
Yes, she has a voice.
Sensual and sexual healing. Everyone carries some sort of baggage regarding their sensuality and sexuality, especially us women since we’ve been suppressing our true feminine, sensual, and sexual nature.
There are so many more benefits to the jade egg and each woman has her own beautiful embodiment experience when it comes to the practice. Do you have any questions about the jade egg? Do you use one? What are your thoughts and feelings about it? I’d love to support you, lover.

Hi Amber, I believe I have IC and so I’ve been intrigued by what a Jade egg could do for that but also wary, as tightening the pelvic floor muscles can aggravate the condition. Could you tell me more about your experience/knowledge around the egg and IC specifically? Thanks!
Hey Rosemary! Thanks for commenting. I totally resonate with you. I was worried about aggravating it, but honestly my IC was so bad that I had to go for it. I also knew that my IC came from sexual repression and shame. I have always struggled with pelvic floor/bladder/vaginal issues. I also felt very drawn to the jade egg and knew intuitively it was worth a shot. There’s a learning curve for each woman depending on her pelvic situation (like if she has prolapse, IC or incontinence etc.), but the best part about what I learn and teach around the jade egg is that it’s just as much about relaxing your vaginal muscles, if not more important, than clenching. It’s great to have a strong, supple and open yoni, but it’s also good to make sure we know how to relax, release and let fully go. I noticed after using the jade egg and learning how to relax my muscles that I was pretty much always clenching them before I started using it so that’s what my experience has been like. I hope it helps!
xx
